A person who not only has incredible intelligence but also the ability to adapt their language to anyone. Do you know a leader who has the ability to have a vision, not only in his domain, but also in all areas that connects? Do you know a project manager that defines what he will deliver and who delivers what he promised? Do you know an expert who is so sharp in his domain, he is able to find a solution to any problem? Finally, do you know a manager who is committed to taking care of its employees and empower them? Sr. Plm ConsultantRazorleaf Corporation Aug 2017 - Aug 2019Stow, Ohio, UsAs Senior PLM Consultant with Razorleaf Corporation, we service the PLM implementation, customization, integration, and migration needs of diverse customers from both the civilian and military contractor sectors. In addition to PLM related services, DFARS CyberSecurity compliance using the SCAP/STIG tools and guides from DOD is part of our internal responsibilities. Dassault Systems Enovia internals is a specialty for my particular genre of activity. Performance and value are key elements of what we provide to our customers across a miriade of industries and disciplines. -
Principal Consultant9Arrows Consulting Jul 2016 - Aug 2017Having many years in the aerospace and defense space one of my core interests have been ITAR data management in the PLM environment. The DFARS 252.204.7012 regulations emerged to set the standard for CTI (controlled technical information) of non-classified ITAR data management. The integration for NIST-CSF cyber-security governance for ITAR/EARxx6xx data management in the PLM environment for all levels of product definition and support is the imperative to assure US superiority in defense. I hope to bring clarity to this discussion and integration of real world business processes in support of this DOS initiative to A&D manufacturers.

Sr. Plm ArchitectGoodrich May 2003 - Jul 2012Charlotte, Nc, UsI originally came to Goodrich Landing Gear as a consultant to build the "Military Matrix" PLM database for the F-35 landing gear design effort. I also did a developmental project in support of Boeing DCAC standards and architected the schema to support this in the PLM database.Since 2003 I have been a full time senior staff on the Engineeing IT team, providing similar duties to the above, software design and development, infrastructure analysis via open source tools (nmap, etc.), administration (GNU/Cygwin bash scripting, etc.), and development of WMI based tools. I also perform numerous Oracle level administrative and analytical duties using TOAD and other tools, Finally, I also participate in a number of enterprice design and development efforts in LEAN events, and the enterprise PLM initiative. I am driving standards for BPMN adoption as a design language for all business process design efforts throughout the business, and ultimately to create a BP enabled environment for enterprise workflow enabled integrations to all pertinent systems to support an all-system / one-source concept for part data. -
Se Asia Field RepresentativePeople For Care And Learning Apr 1999 - Oct 2004I and my family founded the outreach work in NW Kingdom of Cambodia, originally establishing an clinic. After 2 years we purchased land and built a small facility that now is the campus for the People for Care and Learning orphanage / widow's home. We likewise envisioned a floating clinic on the Tonle Sap lake, part of the Mekong water system. This was communicated, and established in 2008. I still provide some occasional consultative review and recommendations to this organization.

Sr. Pdm AdminDemag Plastics Group Sep 1991 - 2003I came to Van Dorn Plastic Machinery Company, later Demag Plastics, in 1991 as a consultant, and contracted for them until I took a full time position in 2000 to implement their new MatrixOne PLM system. At that time I became the Sr. PDM Administrator for the project.Prior to the MatrixOne implementation, I contracted to the engineering organization for CAD administration and software development. During that time I performed many hardware and software administrative duties including the Y2K remediation effort for all Unix workstations and servers. I ported 10's of thousands of lines of Unix ksh scripts, etc. to Solaris and hybrid NT 4 servers. I created the internal standard called "NuTnix", using the GNU/Cygwin implementation with 3rd party and open-source services to emulate Unix services under Windows NT4.I also developed design automation tools in a C-language API for the Intergraph I/EMS CAD system to improve engineering productivity. Likewise we created a "home grown" PDM system called EDMS (engineering document management system) that managed engineeing data from the early 1990's until the MatrixOne implementation. I oversaw all data migration from EDMS to MatrixOne PLM, developed much of the schema, authored much of the PLM code, and developed integrations to foreign data sources.

Cad/Cam/Cae And Pdm ManagerUnified Technologies Center Oct 1987 - Jun 1991The Unified Technologies Center was established by a consortium of Cleveland area universities and colleges to provide "technology transfer" to Great Lakes area engineering and manufacturing companies to increase competitiveness in the global economy. Numerous state and federal grants were acquired for the founding of this site in the Great Lakes region. However, the most notable was the NIST/GLMTC (National Institute of Science and Technology /Greak Lakes Manufacturing Techonolgy Center) grant and joint development effort to create the MRF (manufacturing resource facility). The above, along with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the University of S. Carolina were only 3 finalist to recieve federal grant monies approved by the US Congress in 1990 for the advancement of US manufacturing into the 21st century.I originally started the Prime Computer CAD training business at the UTC, later followed by the AutoCAD Training Center, the Bentley Microstation Education Center, and finally certified to both train and consult with Intergraph I/EMS parametric modeling engineering design software. The NIST/GLMTC consortium was the highlight of my career at the UTC. It offered a premier environment to press the envelop in the latest software and hardware for engineeing and manufacturing. I led the CAD/CAM/CAE team, in concert with my counter part at NIST/GLMTC to create the latest in CAD/CAM/CAE technologies demonstration, training, and consulting effort to the Cleveland and surrounding area manufacturers. We had several occasions to speak at national conferences on aspects of the above implementation.
