- Following established IT policies and procedures to install, configure and troubleshoot computer systems and network equipment, i.e. initial computer imaging (SCCM), access to private networks, and print services for all City of Pasadena departments.- Utilizing design and installation specifications, repairs computer systems hardware and software, and peripheral equipment. - Provides support to staff for various IT incidents and service requests throughout various departments and locations throughout City of Pasadena. Troubleshooting; password resets, access, printing errors, monitor display settings and phone configurations.- Processes, documents and executes service desk requests to solve software, hardware and computer network problems.- Train staff and department heads with various skill levels how to use software, peripherals and network equipment.- Prepares detailed reports on I.T. related problems listing services performed via a service desk ticketing system. This includes problem resolutions, tracking labor, parts and internal billing per department and/or funding. - Set up conference rooms to ensure audio, visual, network, and laptop connectivity - Employee of the Month Recognition, Department of IT- August 2019, September 2019- Install and configure Tyler Cashiering workstations, used to process purchasing and/or payment transactions
