As lifecycles of companies are shortening they need to reinvent their business every 2-3 years at a strategic level.I want to work with people who like to be actively engaged in an open and safe exchange of ideas and wishes to co-create the best for the company and their people.I am an engaged and positive sparring partner, taking initiatives and focused on improvement and results. My drive is to realize goals based on trust, cooperation, co-creation and ‘out of the box’ thinking.I am a passionate professional with integrity, focused on adding value for the - internal and external – customer and quality of your services. John is a self-starter with a high level of intrinsic motivation and respect for people and environment. I am analytical and flexible, people- and team oriented. We live in speedy times and statistics show that leaders need to reinvent the positioning and strategy of their organization in average every 2-3 years in order to survive.
