I led the Data desk and my main focus is the world of Artificial Intelligence and all that branches from that umbrella term. I specialised in placing hugely talented Machine Learning professionals. I recruited not only into the UK market but also the US and Europe and have established relationships with a large variety of companies from fortune 500 giants to innovative start-ups who are looking to disrupt the big boys. Artificial Intelligence can be utilised across all sectors, therefore, my clients are from all specialties, though they share one common goal to bring on board the sharpest minds and most talented individuals who not only want to forge a successful career but also change the way the world thinks one data set at a time. Initiating contact with potential customers via telephone for both American Express & ACE independently.Contacting current American Express policy holders with the view to cross selling new products or potentially up selling on the current policy.

Responsible for managing the sales team along with reviewing the KPIs of both the store and the staff individually. Carrying out staff appraisals and performance reviews, and undertaking risk assessments of the workplace.

Responsible for preparing and delivering sales presentations, submitting detailed proposals and quotations to potential customers, and maintaining impeccable product knowledge.
