Reporting to the Director of Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:- Coordinate advertising, marketing and promotional initiatives adhering to corporate and property standards- Assist in maintaining the hotel’s websites. Experience with Wordpress or other CMS is preferred- Assist the property and regional content teams with social media-driven marketing initiatives and content creation. Responsibilities include developing social assets, copywriting messaging, posting and responding.- Assist in developing and maintaining on-property 4 wall digital and printed collateral- Assist in developing CRM content for property and corporate emails as needed- Assist the marketing team in planning, developing and executing marketing for hotel events and activities. Event attendance for social coverage, asset capture and general assistance will sometimes be required.- Assist with photo and video shoots for property, room renovations, F&B, destination content and special events- Attend all Sales and Marketing meetings and other meetings as necessary- Additional projects as required
