I generated C-Level support for a technology and team skills upgrade by laying out an eighteen-month plan that covered everything from training to implementing continuous integration. Through this project, I was able to create a training course to mentor our team on such subjects as OOP, design patterns, unit testing, source control, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
