Operations Manager
CurrentGeneral Management (Low-Mid)• Directly reports to the General Manager of the Qroad Philippines Branch Office and business partners regarding the status of all projects• Decide whatever is needed to run smoothly the flow of work in each department or team• Approved hiring of required manpower in all departments/ projects• Termination of direct reports and/or their subordinates (within HR process)• Ensures the lowest possible costs for all operations and procedures• Works in cooperation with all other department heads and Team leads in order to let the company achieve better results and meet the expectations of the clients.Operation Management• Planning, implementing and overseeing the day-to-day running of the company operation and its services• Planning and Implementing different work set-ups for all employees• Reviews and identifies opportunities for operations and process improvement.HR Management• Assist in recruiting candidates and hiring the right employees• Evaluate performance and promotion of the employeeOffice administration/management• Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems• Organizing office operations / Work Stations• Office supplies requisitionTeam Management• Delegating work schedules, tasks, responsibilities, and setting deadlines for an internal team.• Provide coaching and monitor team/individual work performanceProject Management• Establish a team for specific projects or service• Develop and suggest processes for specific projects• Assisting the client with different application testing before its release• Delivering reports, updates, and notable issues through weekly virtual meetings with the clientBusiness Development• Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with new and current clients to ensure repeat and or long-term businessMarketing Assistance• Assist the Marketing Team in implementing, improving, and reporting various marketing campaigns, and assets for our organization.
