My name is John Lukes, and I am a senior at Kansas State University pursuing a degree in Professional Strategic Sales with a minor in Marketing including a certificate in Marketing Technology. Over the summer I am working as a Sales Intern at PepsiCo. Throughout this internship, I will be bolstering my ability to work independently, learn advanced topics, and apply all my knowledge to the working world in order to assist my leaders in their work. As a student, I pursue different opportunities related to leadership and sales through my on-campus involvement including roles in both Pie Sigma Epsilon and Sigma Tau Gamma. Through these rolls I've been blessed with numerous opportunities to push my organizations further and increase engagement and performance within both. My work experience within the food industry has shown me the ups and downs of working at and with all levels of management, and has prepared me with the necessary skillset to thrive in any environment I'm put in.
