Successfully managed all aspects of the Central Florida Beaches region claims organization consisting of 80 employees, 6 managers, 5 physical plants, and a Property Damage network consisting of 60+ shops. Consistently delivered "exceeds" Customer Service results, "exceeds" corporate audit results and led the transition of the organization from a generalist.

Managed the Gainesville Florida Claims organization consisting of 22 full time employees. Effectively transitioned the Gainesville branch to a single point of contact/Generalist structure while improving Quality, Customer Service, and Work Environment. Through effective training, delivered a +12 point improvement on acceptance of preferred network repair.

Directed 3,000+ attorney represented injury claims, 350+ litigation files, and 20 full time employees for West Florida. Worked with House Counsel to develop and implement effective defense strategies in an increasingly challenging legal environment, while reducing defense costs.
