Included a global tagging system, friend groups, public file postings, and an editor for simple file types (text-based and images). putfwd.com grew very quickly to over 10,000 users but I had to shut it down because the advertising-based revenue model didn't scale at the pace of my bandwidth expenses. This was my first foray into starting a Web 2.0 company which was even profitable for about 6 months and taught me a lot about online marketing and the various online advertising systems.
