Achievements• Sale of JobsGroup.net to Daily Mail General Trust plc (DMGT) – coordinated all information flows for Information Memorandum issued by PWC, supported financial/legal due diligence and currently working with DMGT post completion. • Diversified the service provision of ICS – ensuring a strong customer service commitment, competitiveness and compliance.• The fee generation of ICS has grown over 100% year on year from 2003 when it was at a minimal level.• Robust forecasting supporting management and staff meetings – comparisons and positive action.• Agreed new financial system implementation project and timescales and ensured full support as project was successfully implemented.• Agreed new Operational KPI’s to underpin the Financial results so action can be taken in correct areas.• Reviewed full banking provision for the group and driving the change to ensure facilities are best utilised in project capital and working capital requirements.• Developed a robust Finance team to support the businesses.
