(1) R&D and product development:- Develop high flow-rate waste-water separation product and analysis for new R&D products;- Design the product with 2D-/3D-drawing; - Perform DoE to optimise the product;- Define the specification of the product;- Simulate the functionality of the product by 3D modeling;(2) R&D product commercialization:- Scale up the R&D product to commercialize product;- Communicate with sponsors to fulfill onsite production/operation requirements;(3) Project management:- Manage government funding R&D projects, including technical, schedule and other project administrative tasks;- Prepare technical documents to different parties, including government, sponsor.

(1) AGV (robotics) on-site installation & field service:- Develop and follow up project schedule plan for overseas robotics projects, communication and coordinate with customers of the project progress;- Monitor on-site robotics installation (manage more than 10 application engineers from local and China)- Maintain order management oversight to guarantee business effectiveness;- Manage Hong Kong’s projects budget control;- Provide user training to customers;- Provide the after-sales service.(2) Project management:- Follow up AGV/AGF development schedule internally, communication and coordinate with different parties for solving the technical problems;- Prepare technical and financial documents for different parties, including but not limited to installation guides, defect and failure reports, annual group report, budget summary;- Work together with sales and customers to clarify the expectations and define new briefs;- Managing Hong Kong headquarter office resources;

Hong Kong

(1) High precision semiconductor machine development:- Develop high precision semiconductors assembly equipment (Flip Chip, Die Bond, Panel Fan out);- Develop new functions or features to improve machine performance;(2) Process engineering & Industrial engineering:- Define, verify and validate machine requirements and specifications;- Perform DoE to optimize bonding process conditions on machine;- Analysis the collected data of machine failure and defects, Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEAs);- Prepare technical reports, user manuals, operation manuals etc.- Monitor production progress and communicate with different parties to meet the delivery schedule.(3) Field service:- Travelling oversea to setup the machine and perform buy-off test;- Training global service engineers and customers to control the machine;- Perform evaluation tests for the new manufacturing processes.
