I assist clients to achieve their renewable energy projects. Solar panels and battery storage is quickly becoming the go-to option to tackle the rising energy costs in the UK. I also offer a full Air Heat Source Pump assessment on homes with a view to redeeming the (BUS) Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant which is available to all UK homes.

Many customers in the UK are looking to insulate their homes and lofts with an alternative to the traditional “Rock wool” installation which is making our loft spaces unnecessarily cold year round. As Business Development Manager I was responsible for the delivery of projects involving our Retail and Direct businesses. My accountabilities included the implementation of new products and services along with the management of niche market sales across all available channels.Delivery of a new buying model with tour operators which enabled our Retail and Direct channels to offer holidays with an additional 5% margin. This delivered incremental sales over £2.5m per year accross all available channels .Introducing cost savings of around £1m per annum. This was achieved by challenging existing processes and introducing new revenue streams by aligning our business portfolio with new products and services. These included Western Union, Pay Point, Headlands International, Scottish Power and the Co-operative Bank.Solely responsible for all Cruise sales across our Retail, Web and Media channels. This enterprise resulted in a 45% increase in Cruise sales across the business over a 3 year period. Successfully managed a dedicated team through non-reporting lines to ensure all projects were delivered in line with company strategy. Working daily with our partners to ensure all cross marketing opportunities were maximised. Our partners included brands such as Lloyds TSB, Manchester United, CSMA and HBOS

As Customer Service Manager I was responsible for the day to day management of the support team at Head Office. My objective was to work with our Retail/Direct networks, Tour Operators ensuring high service levels to our customers.- Work with stakeholders to change current practices - Retain unhappy customers and business partners - Evaluate the service levels across our retail and direct businesses- Analyse and communicate complaint trends - Manage all legal and arbitration cases- Work closely with trading partners to establish development opportunities.- Produce industry reports and PR communications- Managing service level agreements

My responsibilities included the management of various retail stores including Oldham, Stretford and the Holidayworld superstore in Chester. I was seconded to the Retail Development Department at Head Office in 2002 which involved working on the national implementation of new MyTravel brand and the intergration of new business acquisitions.

I joined Lunn Poly as a school leaver and quickly developed from Youth Trainee to Branch Manager within 3 years becoming one of Lunn Poly’s youngest High Street Managers . I Managed a number or high street stores in the North West/Lancashire regions including Rawtenstall, Oldham, Middleton and Blackburn. I spent a total of 7 years with the now TUI group.
