Joined an existing 8-13 programmer team to build a web application which enables at home auditions for TV shows, while providing productivity tools to casting agents. I contributed to the ASP.NET MVC2 web application as well as taking responsibility for a C++/win32 video capture tool, where I added functionality, performed threat modeling, and dramatically.

Lead a small team where I designed the architecture of a large application rewrite (500,000 lines of code). I successfully managed to incrementally deliver the new project into production with it seamlessly working with the old application running in parallel.

Working alone, I designed and implemented hospital decision support tools for regional health planners. These tools allow the user to perform population projections of existing patient diagnosis data to predict future demand for different resources. The granular level of detail required to run these analysis used and dynamically generated, tables.

Performed paid independent projects such as; developed a SolidWorks Add-In for an electronics manufacturer, forcing documentation compliance on 3D CAD parts, assemblies, and drawings. Cleaned, transformed, and imported data from various drug plan payment card adjudicators in SQL Server. Refactored existing VB6 software to handle a 3,800% data increase.

Worked on 4-6 programmer team to build and maintain a proprietary form system which was used by all Canadian 2,300 employees for internal paperwork (i.e. P/O requests). Built an, offline capable, AJAX SPA (single page application) in 2004, which 2 years before the term 'AJAX' was coined and 10 years before SPA frameworks like Angular.

Working alone, I performed paid independent projects such as; SolidWorks Add-ins, desktop utilities, an SQL script editor for MS Access data, a client/server data entry application for employer benefits data, and a flexible questionnaire editor for managing questionnaires and response data.

Accomplishments include; Maintained and customized all shrink wrapped asset management products in C++. And refactored product architecture to resolve problems and/or separate reusable technologies. And took the initiative to reduce a developer support task from 3 days to 1 hour, by working smart, during my regular work activities.

Accomplishments include; Developed 'the' utilization modeling software for restructuring Ontario hospitals in 1997 with VisualC++. And coded several ad-hoc analysis tools to leverage consultant output. And developed MapInfo add-on’s like; patient distribution tools, mapping wizards, etc..
