In my capacity as Senior Portfolio Programme Manager, I am responsible for managing the finance systems portfolio roadmap and corresponding IT architecture. I provide trusted leadership, mentoring and support to a team of suppliers, PMs, BAs, Test Team, Solution Architects and Functional Consultants across the Finance IT Landscape, supporting Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Group Consolidation, Reporting and FP&A teams.

During this period, I was a key member of the Programme Management team with ownership for leading and coordinating the delivery of multiple business-critical, cross-functional initiatives.

As Programme and PMO Director, I oversaw the end to end project, programme and portfolio delivery contributing to over £35m in revenue with ownership for leading a PMO department and an offshore development and test centre. I used agile methodologies to deliver integrated indemnified and non-indemnified top-up and bill payment digital solutions via web, IVR, SMS and Mobile, to leading global Tier 1 UK, Middle and Far East Network Operators and MVNOs using a variety of payment methods (Card Not Present, UK DD, SEPA, eNets and PayPal), fraud prevention and acquirers. In addition, I spearheaded a regulatory change programme and delivered a major infrastructure change to migrate Position Realtime 4.3sp1 to Realtime 5.4, Office 4.2 and 4.3 (EFT Payment Switch, ISO 8583). Most notably, I was instrumental in transforming and streamlining the test department through utilising automation tools and offshoring capabilities with a focus on integration, business acceptance and regression testing. I also led the successful development of a key portfolio encompassing two programmes of work for O2 and H3G to provide a fully mobile optimised payment and wallet card vault (tokenisation) proposition, and oversaw a Data Centre migration for a UAE Network Operator involving the migration of hosed services from the UK data centre to the client’s data centre in Dubai.

The primary remit of my role was to design and deliver a portfolio of programmes with ownership for managing supplier delivery and managing deliverables through defined assurance standards. I provided leadership to a team of 5 Project Managers and 3 Design Architects across three sites, and managed the delivery of integrated web, mobile and IVR top-up solutions to Singaporean, UK and German network operators. In addition, I spearheaded the migration of services to Chase Paymentech and managed the rollout of a project portfolio SaaS system (Keyed-In) to manage PMO, project delivery, reporting and stakeholder management. I also oversaw the development of a mobile application and backend supporting services / stored value accounts for a mobile P2P remittance implementation for Eartholeum Networks.
