Continued the development of subject matter experts for the delivery of candidates with in the Software Engineering, Aviation, and high volume recruiting arenas. Conducted training for the recruiters in the use of advanced networking and recruiting techniques. I was also responsible for developing curriculum and conducted training for Account Executives doing business development in the Software market within the region. Identification and placement of Formulation Scientists, Chemists, Biologists, Molecular Biologists, Microbiologists, Quality Assurance Professions, and Manufacturing/Production Associates at all levels for the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device industries.Built the division from approximately $130k/yr in profit, $280K/yr in revenue to $780k/yr in profit, $1.3M in revenue in 3 years.
