Tutoring and teaching of Masters Students on the Service Design Course. I am actively involved in course design and am also module leader for various units including the students final major projects. As a researcher I work with public and private sector research projects which bridge industry and student work. Researcher and Author of the 'Leading Design Works Report'. This report is part of an ongoing collaboration with EY Seren to examine the evolving role of design within regulated industries. Based on approximately 30 in-depth interviews with design leaders across the UK and Europe, this report offers insights into how these leaders have established, navigated, and leveraged design capabilities andfunctions within their organisations, operating within stringent regulatory frameworks.
