The client was an Industry Leading VLSI Semiconductor OEM: USA and Asia. Designed SCM solutions for a bifurcated corporation between BU/Sales and Manufacturing. Heavily contributed to the process and solution design, and functional design specifications.Drove the Product Master design of Items, BOM's and Master Data. Careful attention was paid to both the proper design for Supply Chain solutions, as well as the overall improvement to fit a long-range PLM roadmap.SCM Solution Design started from future state business process design including process flows, SIPOC diagrams, and detailed functional requirements. US and International workshops were conducted to complete the Level 3-4-5 business process designs. Functional designs centered around the Blue Yonder sysem footprint.A Key member of the detailed data design for customer-integrated data map documentation and IT system data flow maps.
