Through the trials of first-time entrepreneurship, I was able to grow the company and make a significant pivot to software-as-a-service. RxLogistics and JOTSS provided Pharmacy Delivery Management Software and Third-Party Delivery Service to Independent Pharmacies.In 2022, I was part of an investor acquisition team that purchased Midwest Embroidery Group in Cincinnati, Ohio. The skills I learned during the acquisition are unique and something I consider to be very valuable. The process and results were highly satisfying and it is something I would love to continue doing. I also believe these skills are crucial to founders looking at growth opportunities.As co-owner and Director of Operations at Midwest Embroidery Group, my role was focused on the operational oversight of production, sales, marketing, and technology to drive the business forward. We work with Promotional Products Companies, Corporate Apparel Companies, and businesses, nationwide, as a top-quality decorator.These experiences have led to me to my current position with BNY and I am grateful for the journey I have had.Every day is a learning experience and the information is out there.
