I have been professionally trained and am well-versed in a couple of leadership models, coaching styles and management paradigms. A huge part of my previous functions have all involved salesmanship: I took calls as a rep, I organized QA models to measure Salesmanship, I upskilled and certified reps in on sales techniques and I further developed sales rebuttals.I have a decent list of leadership roles across my more recent work affiliations. This ranges from Team Lead, Manager and POC/ SME positions. I have always aimed at being part of the leadership group given my confidence in my organizational, performance-driving, communication and action plan implementation skills. In my current professional atmosphere, I started as a Success Manager who co-managed Virtual Assistants with Australian clients. This highly exposed me to client liaison, ensuring that business relationships were retained by delivering the best VA support, remote management coaching, cultural bridging and performance management. Part of my individual initiatives paved the way for me to take on the Success Operations Management role. Now, I take care of three key operations focus: Leadership Training, Business Operations Liaison for Client Delivery and Leadership Quality. Finally, I am a voracious learner. I work well with the guidance of my managers because I know that although I am well equipped as a leader, there is always room for improvement. I listen to and comply with critical directions; on the other hand, I am collaborative in my approach in building action plans.
