I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch. As well as overseeing the other Consultants, I deal with permanent recruitment, liaising with both clients and candidates to ensure the right candidate is found for each role. As a team, we successfully run a busy Industrial Temps desk. ASL was established from the base of its sister company, Assessment Systems Ltd in 1998. Our directors come from a background of HR and occupational psychology and are experienced in personnel assessment. We deliver an honest, transparent service to both clients and candidates. After 7 years in the industry, I made the decision to start up my own recruitment business within Hastings. Specialising in Engineering, Industrial Temp and Permanent Markets.

Responsibilities involved the provision of recruitment support to a Programme Centre engaged in assisting unemployed people to find satisfying work opportunities. This required considerable knowledge of the local labour market and in work benefits and also abilities to match client career aspirations to available job vacancies.

A nursing agency in South East London where my responsibilities included hiring and training new staff in legislation and successful recruitment practice. I also reviewed branch market place awareness and business strategies. I negotiated local level agreements and the management of staff to run them.

During my time with Grosvenor I managed busy and successful branches in Homerton and Camberwell.
