Leads a team of over 20 subject matter experts, developers and analysts in the operation, maintenance and improvement of the Army's Installation Status Report (ISR) program and system. Provides quality program management support to the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-9 and Installation Management Command (IMCOM). Manages the ISR contract team personnel to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables to established quality standards. Ensures project activities remain within scope and cost. Manages client communications, risk, and sub-contractor performance. Oversees delivery schedules, system administration, technical and analytical support, system changes and enhancements, data management and end user training and support. The ISR supports installation readiness reporting by providing data on the quality, functionality, cost and readiness of facilities, infrastructure, Base Operations (BASOPS) services and mission capability for each reporting location.

Managed and directed multiple analytical and data support teams and technical implementation projects. Managed the development of enhancements to the Army’s Installation Status Report (ISR) system, including development of a web service capability between ISR and both the Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS) and SMS-BUILDER, as well as process improvements to better align ISR’s organizational structure with corporate data. Project manager and business analyst leading the design, development, and implementation of a web-based Oracle database application to collect detailed facility and mission support data for six DoD agencies in support of BRAC 2005 planning and analysis; and implementing the MS Enterprise Project Management suite of systems to track BRAC 2005 actions for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

Project manager and business analyst for engagements ensuring Executive Order compliance in the area of Real Property Asset Management Planning for the Department of Justice (DOJ) and several other federal agencies.
