- Managing the financial reporting of the company group. This includes examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards (IFRS and GAAP).- Analyze business operations, KPIs, financial commitments, and obligations.- Reviews periodic Management Accounts Reports of the company group’s Entities and Foreign Offices.- Consolidation of Financial Reports of all company’s subsidiaries and Foreign Offices. - Develop, maintain, and update policies, strategies, and procedures to ascertain accounting needs of the company.- Responsible for the budgeting of departments, subsidiaries, and foreign offices. This includes conducting of periodic review of budget to ensure budgeted amounts remain relevant and realistic. And ensure that any variances are justified by the responsible person.- Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with Regulators and Accounting Standards- Responsible for Regulatory and Statutory Reporting- Manage the entire Finance Department Group. This includes recruitment, training, delegating of duties, mentoring and development of staff.

Submission of the country’s Financial Data Load (head office financial statements) on a monthly basis which includes review and posting of financial statements using the Citi Reporting systems.2. Performing process reviews/enhancements/streamlining and UAT system testing3. Coordinate with Country Fincon on the implementation of reporting changes which includes submission of comprehensive business specifications where technology enhancements are required providing training and user testing resources to test enhancements4. Preparation, review and submission of country’s other head office reports such as Foreign Currency Reports and Country Exposure Reports5. Other responsibilities include ensuring mapping of local country codes to reporting system structures are consistent with Citi policies and standardization objectives, review and validation of country’s financial and management data hand off to highlight data integrity

Primary Responsibilities:1. Posting of Journal Entries and prepares Trial Balance Report2. Financial Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) – Balance Sheet, Statement of Revenue and Expenses with Variance Analysis, Cash Flow Statement, Cash Position Report and Financial Status Report3. Maintenance Books of Account and related Documents – Cash Receipts Book, Cash Disbursement Book, General Journal and General Ledger4. Billing and Collectiona. Billings are processed on a quarterly basis and delivered on the first week of the quarter to the unit owners and tenantsb. Overdue accounts are monitored and given notices in accordance with the existing collection policyc. The Property Manager is advised every end of the month of the status of the delinquent accountsd. All receipts are issued with an official receipt (OR) or provisional receipt (PR) in case of contingent payments. PR’s are issued with corresponding official receipt upon due date.5. Purchasing and Accounts Payablea. All purchases are supported by quotations from at least two (2) suppliers.b. All purchases are covered by Purchase Request Slip and Purchase Order duly approved by the Property Manager and within the operating expense budget.c. Payment to supplies, contractors, etc. are scheduled, processed and released in accordance with Finance Policy number.d. All CAPEX (capital expenditures) projects and other major purchases passed through the CPMI corporate building committee and should be approved by the Board of Directors.6. External Reporting and Taxation – Reports as required by government agencies such as but not limited to Bureau of Internal Revenue, local government units, SEC are submitted on time.7. Property Budgeting – Schedule of actual costs and other cost analysis are provided to the Property Manager in time for the preparation of annual budget.
