Design, support, and maintain the Elkay computer network, consisting of approx 80 production Windows servers. Primary focus on Microsoft Exchange server, Active Directory, Group policies, Sharepoint server, Citrix Presentation / Metaframe server, and Quest Foglight.

Installed, upgraded, troubleshot, managed projects, and supported all servers, including: Novell Netware 5 and 4.11 servers, Windows NT 4 and 2000 servers, and connectivity and client application support to AS400. Implemented Citrix Metaframe for remote access, and shop floor access.

Provided contract and project services to many different clients ranging in size from small companies to large companies. Network administrator and help desk support for various clients.
