Managed the personal investments of an individual listed in Forbes Magazine as one of the richest people in America. Researched and developed an asset allocation plans that met the financial, tax and psychological needs of the investor. Investigated and executed an option investment strategy that returned 28% annual return in test. Researched and coordinated the development of an office/warehouse park that when completed will have six buildings of approximately 67,000 square feet. Designed the operation structure of the Mathile Family Foundation and grew it from less than $2 million to over $25 million in assets, with grants and disbursements of more than $2 million annually. Wrote business plan for new division of the Iams Company. Division is expected to do $20 million in sales in less than five years. Developed and started a new concept pet supply retail store called Complete Petmart, growing it from concept to $3.5 million in 2 years. Responsible for operations, finance, personnel, marketing and advertising for Complete Petmart. Pioneered new types of promotions for the pet industry that increased market exposure and sales. Diagnosed problems with pet supply store concept. Initiated changes that put it in step with the market and doubled monthly average sales.
