Concurrently, I can help your teams understand the difference between service and hospitality in business and develop the skills that your customer-facing teams need to make customers feel like you are on their side, just like the owner/founder does. If your teams have great processes and tools, love what they do, and enjoy doing their jobs, your customers will have the same experience. Now that operations are optimized and ready for scale, I shift my focus to sales and revenue growth. I build a sales process and get the right tools and organizational structure to execute it. The sales process and corresponding customer journey post-sale need to be viewed from the customer's point of view. The focus then shifts to hiring and building teams. I am hands-on.
