Chocolatte was a barista bars / special shop for coffee / tea, ice cream and chocolate.We were located in Aalesund with 2 shops.Turnover 2015 was NOK 7.5 million, 16 employees, mostly part-time.Highlights;• Bought Chocolatte November 2014• Sold Chocolatte after 19 months, completed sales process myself• Made businessplans • Improved gross profit from 40% to 62% and reduced man hour with 25%• Stopped further decline in sales (after the previous owner)• Established procedures / systems for operation of shops Approved by the Labour Inspection, Food Safety Authority and Tax Administration• Implemented restructuring and appointees Replaced 90% of employees after our takeover in November 2014• Made the BI Tools for monitoring -Sales -Item group -Product -Hours worked• Completed refurbishment of stores
