In addition to his classroom and counseling experience, Rigsby served as a Special Assistant in the CTE Division at the Arizona Department of Education. Mr. Rigsby received his Masters degree from Northern Arizona University and Bachelors of Nonprofit Leadership & Management from Arizona State University. John-Martin is an Arizona Native, and grew up in Casa Grande.
