• Assigned to lead and manage the Sustainability Team of Philippine Geothermal Production Corporation (PGPC), one of SM Investments Corporation’s Business Units.• Develop sustainability plans and strategies such as but not limited to the sustainability road map, ESG scorecards, materiality assessment, communications, storyboard for integrated reporting, data management process, and sustainability education aligned to business objectives.• Lead and collaborate with the WWF-Philippines in creating a Measure Phase Report. This includes assessing the organization’s sustainability status and setting a science-based target following the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi), a scenario analysis in line with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations and compliant with SBTi’s framework, and a Climate Risk Screening Assessment of the organization.• Serve as the Internal Lead Auditor responsible for overseeing the ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certification processes. Provide training and supervision to the ISO Internal Audit Team, ensuring their proficiency in audit procedures.
