Know what matters. Do what matters. Know yourself. Build a team. These ideas came to me when I rode my bike across America in 2017. They are inextricably linked to people, teams, and projects, and can be a foundation when making decisions. My philosophy is based on almost forty years of work, and I have incorporated pragmatic and common-sense ideas I have learned from my parents, family, friends, colleagues, and many thought leaders. When I left SAP in 2019, I launched KWM Consulting and successfully partnered with clients to infuse strategic focus to events to deliver results and to meaningfully engage stakeholders. Knowing what matters and doing what matters shaped all of it.My final consulting engagement was with Workhuman, an organization that impressed me from the start – for its commitment to mission, and leadership position in changing the world of work on a global scale. In January of 2021, I started as a full-tie employee at Workhuman. I finished in March, 2023 as the Vice President, Marketing Operations and Technology where my responsibilities including ensuring we transform our digital presence and optimize all we do while the company continues its remarkable growth. Our focus was to scale, and scale we did in areas such as “the way we work”, marketing technology, project management, marketing automation, and much more. And we did this work with organizations such as Adapt, Contentful, Asana, and others.I also am the President & Founder of Ride Hard Breathe Easy – a 501(C)(3) created in honor of my mother. We provide support to lung cancer patients and their families at our six partners (Fox Chase Cancer Center, Temple University, Duke Cancer Institute, Einstein Health, Crozer Health, and Lung Health Services), and we have raised >$700K since 2017. I have also taught two classes as an Adjunct Professor with Temple University – Klein College of Media and Communication, one each for Public Speaking and a Senior Seminar. As a proud graduate of Temple, this opportunity to teach and help the next generation of leaders is especially meaningful to me.SKILLS: Strategy Development and Execution | Project Management | Client Engagement | Goal Setting | Team Building | Platform Skills | Communication | Budgeting | RFPs | Mentoring & Coaching | Analytics & Success Metrics | Media Relations | Operations/Process Development | SWOT Analysis | Executive Influence
