Key initiatives included customer facing web site for trust customers, web retirement account interface for customers, and business process automation. Primary platforms used were .Net and J2EE based platforms. Led system architecture planning to fully integrate web sites with legacy mainframe systems. Some key projects include: the deployment of content management system into J2EE architecture, the development of on-line account access for trust customers and client advisors, on-line statement delivery, secure client-advisor communications, and CRM integration; the creation of a marketing event management application with Siebel's CRM. Global 360's business process automation platform was used to automate the extremely regulated and complex processes surrounding trust account management

An adjunct staff member at RAND corporation, a non-profit, non-partisan, research based think tank. Worked occasionally as part-time consultant with RAND's full-time staff providing consulting to their in-house web team. Helped architect the migration to a content managed web site, and standards compliant site design.

Lead technical manager of one-to-one web personalization and marketing efforts. Web based applications were developed within a three tiered architecture, including legacy back-end integration. Managed in-house developers as well as external team and vendors. Also facilitated on-line banking initiatives between multiple business lines, including regional consumer banking, business banking, and the AAA and iVillage affiliate banking efforts. Also led efforts to update and improve internal business processes within the electronic banking group through the introduction of formalized development methodologies and control processes.

Managed the interactive media division, overseeing project managers, designers, and programmers. Acted as the primary client contact and business developer for e-business consulting. Brady Interactive was responsible for interface design, development, prototyping and mock-ups, and focus group testing. Web based projects included web site development, business extranet development, and web based application interface design including online product catalogues. Also managed multimedia CD-ROMs, kiosks, installations, and interactive television projects. Served major national and international clients, including Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Sony USA, EDS, Mylan Laboratories Inc., Dow Hickam, Ansys, and Évian.

Initiated and project managed corporate Internet strategy for marketing and patient service via the web. Planned, developed and managed corporate web sites including design and site architecture. Responsible for content management and copy-writing, marketing, identification and implementation of strategies and opportunities to advanced corporate goals. Project managed all web related projects, working with internal departments, outside vendors and consultants.

Responsible for technical support and trouble-shooting for company network and computer systems. Trained all incoming interns. Also worked as a technology consultant to company president and management team as they met with and reviewed the progress of outside consultants working on the company data systems.
