Project Manager

- Oversee and manage projects of varying sizes and complexities from kickoff to closeout.- Manage all aspects of a project including contract negotiation, submittals, drafting, installation and closeout.- Coordinate multiple departments within the company to help you accomplish the different task a project requires through each department’s segment manager.- Create project plans, schedules, deadlines, goals, objectives and clearly communicate them to the customer and to the internal departments of Miller Clapperton. Follow up to be certain the milestone(s) that you set is accomplished on time.- Monitor and confirm project budgets and cost codes to ensure an individual project is tracking per estimated budgets. Review all job invoices and allocations for accuracy.- Attend the project jobsite meetings and be available to visit the jobsite when the need arises.- Coordinate with outside subcontractors to be sure deadlines are met in accordance with the project schedule and with the quality that is expected.- Prepare monthly billing invoices in accordance with the schedule of values. Approve invoices directly related to the project.- Manage project change orders, project budgets, subcontractors extra work, etc. within the projects contractual requirements to be sure that Miller Clapperton is fairly compensated for all the work performed on a project.- Work with Finance & Admin to be sure all contract documents, close out documents, and all payments are finalized to close out the project.
