As a dedicated professional with experience leading small teams through multiple projects with competing deadlines in the post-secondary environment, I have a passion for utilizing innovative design techniques to solve complex problems. My training in business process review has equipped me with the skills needed to analyze data, identify underlying root issues, and develop strategies to solve them.My experience in working collaboratively to research topics in-depth, gather and analyze data, and create processes to implement accountability measures has given me a unique perspective on how to approach challenges. I have also analyzed data collected by team members to determine the current status of projects and to ensure final project requirements are satisfied and ready for presentation.My education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Slavic Studies from the University of Victoria, and a Diploma in Criminology from Vancouver Island University.Overall, I am a results-oriented individual with a strong track record of success in analyzing complex problems and developing effective solutions.
