Directed all logistical support, including food, fuel, ammunition, maintenance, and communication, to the U.S. Army's 12th Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB), the largest such unit in the Army. Oversaw performance of subordinate organizations, with 850+ military personnel engaged in 59 different occupational specialties. Delivered quality global sustainment to the CAB, which included 3,800 military personnel and 165 aircraft, with overall property value at $70M+.

Led complex cross-functional unit of 719 personnel engaged in aviation maintenance, communications, distribution, and headquarters support. Worked with teams to prioritize and scope operational requirements while providing mentorship and forward momentum to deliver first-quality performance bolstering combat readiness. Wheeler Army Airfield, Hi And Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Iraq

Led a cross-functional group comprising up to 5 officers/managers, 116 non-commissioned officers/subordinate managers, and 225+ junior employees dispersed across 20 occupational specialties. Coordinated the primary mission of performing intermediate and backup unit-level aircraft maintenance and subcomponent repair on 92 helicopters (12 CH-47D, 50 UH-60A/L, 30 OH-58D), assigned to both Hawaii and combat in Iraq. Stewarded $30M+ worth of organizational property.

Operating with a skeleton staff, supervised 7 subordinate units including aviation personnel scheduled for late deployment to Operations Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom, totaling nearly 400 military personnel overall. Oversaw all aviation facilities renovations at Wheeler Army Airfield. Hand-selected by Brigade Executive to serve in a position designated for a leader two levels higher. Deftly administered multiple budgets: $2M ground budget, $3.5M+ contract maintenance, and a unique aviation budget of $26M+. Planned meticulously to ensure sufficient funds for future fiscal year expenditures.
