My career in the world of printing, displays and signage began at Wetzel Brothers, via The Leadership Development Program. The Leadership Development Program was a component of Wetzel's parent company at the time, Consolidated Graphics (CGX has since been acquired by RR Donnelly). A rotational program, I gained hands on exposure to all areas of the business over a three year period. The value of that experience laid the groundwork for my move into sales upon completion of the Leadership Development Program.
