🚀I am currently a Lenovo Accelerated Sales Rotational (LASR) Program Associate. The LASR Program is a two-year sales development program aimed at providing professional development and immersive sales training opportunities for new grads. 📕 Recently I graduated from the Bachelor of Commerce program at Ontario Tech University (OTU) where I majored in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources (OBHR). Why OBHR you might ask? I am passionate about learning what makes organizations tick and achieving their strategic objectives. This program allowed me to grow my skills in the management of human capital, successfully facilitating organizational change, managing team dynamics and the impact of leadership.🤝 During my time at OTU, I was passionate about being an active member of my University's community. Throughout my entire university journey, I held an executive role on the Business & IT Student Society (BITSoc) which represents 2200 students across 9 different majors and aims to provide students with growth opportunities through professional development and networking events, alongside advocating for change on behalf of students. 🏢 With two years of sales enablement, operations and development experience in the tech sales space, I have expertise in CRM management, process improvement, training, lead tracking, developing and qualifying leads, sales forecasting/analytics and execution of international product demonstrations. 💹 In the future, I aspire to be a human-centric tech sales leader, achieve field-related credentials and continue to take on new challenges. ⛳ Outside of my professional life, I love learning about/teaching young adults about personal finance/economics, watching football and hockey, playing golf and going to the gym.
