My practice focuses on helping individuals and families achieve a broad range of estate planning goals, from preparing basic estate plans to developing and implementing strategies to minimize estate and gift tax consequences of wealth transfers across generations. I represent executors and trustees in all aspects of estate and trust administration, including before probate courts, the IRS and state revenue authorities. I also serve as a trustee of multi-generational family trusts.My practice also includes helping individuals and families meet their charitable giving objectives by structuring gifts to national and local public charities and by creating private foundations and foundation alternatives.
