Working directly alongside Hiring Managers from a variety of industries to source & select talent for open roles while providing guidance on recruitment best practices based on current economic conditions. Recruiting talented professionals for interim & permanent job openings by sourcing on job boards, posting new requisitions, scheduling & conducting in-depth interviews, administering skill-based testing, skill marketing, matching, and interview prep. Leads mass recruitment projects for multiple clients for initiatives such as Non-Profit Grant-Based Hiring, pandemic-related Contact Tracers & Temperature Takers, and large-scale staff augmentation during the Mortgage Industry boom. Advising Sr. Leadership on best practices within the ATS/CRM (Bullhorn), and a burgeoning AI system (TextKernel), while creating positional best-practices that have been used across the organization (for candidate skill-marketing & job posting).Multi-time Champions Club Member & All Star (production award based on Gross Profit Generation).2017 to 2020:Led a team of (8) Recruiters & Business Development Managers while acting as a producing Sales Leader. Responsible for organizing individual & team production goals, performance evaluations, new hire orientation & training, skills development, and team strategy for execution of both short & long-term initiatives. Trained new colleagues on both Sales & Recruitment skills that emphasized simplicity during the 1st three months, resulting in the successful onboarding of (4) staffing professionals within a 1-year span. Ran weekly & monthly meetings discussing operational & strategic initiatives (such as Associates on Assignment (Payroll Updates), Best Practices, Training Initiatives, and other items. Developed an expanding book of business by making 30-50 daily cold calls to prospective clients, creating mass-email correspondence in mail merge for marketing, and conducting 10 weekly onsite client visits to pitch our services.
