Current• Manage project development including the formulation of interior and exterior residential design concepts. • Conduct effective client consultations, project research, and presentation of design plan. • Responsible for the development of furniture layout schematics to establish practical measurement requirements while revealing project limitations. • Prepare specifications and estimations of all furnishings and materials. • Prepare drawings and documents such as drafting plans, elevations, details, and purchase orders. • Conduct inspection on work in-progress and post installation evaluation. • Maintain knowledge of applicable building codes, ADA guidelines, and sustainable design products and construction. • Responsible for planning and purchasing of interior/exterior furnishings and finishes including furniture, flooring, lighting, and accessories.
