Responsible for the tax accounting function within John Wiley's Corporate Finance group, including maintaining the worldwide effective tax rate and deferred taxes on the balance sheet. In addition, I manage the corporate income tax compliance process and company transfer pricing, provide tax guidance on specific business directives and work with the tax team on company restructuring and overall tax efficiencies.
