Joined the Castlebar facility at start up as the sole Supply Chain Coordinator in December 2019. Oversaw Procurement, Transport & Logistics, Warehousing, Planning, and Customer Service as the facility came online over a period of 7 months until a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator was put in place.

In conjunction with the Senior Planner schedule and maintain daily/weekly & monthly production planning activities in the execution of the Master Production Schedule and the transition of the MPS into detailed production schedules to ensure that customer requirements are met.Review & agree monthly volume & capacity requirements for a defined portfolio of products with Global Supply Chain & Production Unit Co-ordinator respectively.Utilise SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Qlikview, and Microsoft Excel while executing the Master Production Schedule.Ensuring effective inventory management & control in line with company targets by maintaining plant (both Raw Material & Work In Progress) material inventories within defined monthly targets, while minimising excess, obsolete, and expired products.Complete quarterly EE&O (Excess, Expired & Obsolescence) analysis for defined set of product ownership.Monitoring daily production output and coordinating any schedule variances as required.Monitor inventory levels at Distribution Centres and prioritise production as appropriate.Maintain accurate SAP master data to ensure 100% system data accuracy at all times.

Traveled to Perth, Melbourne, Cairns, and all the way down the east coast taking in Rainbow Beach, Fraser Island, Noosa, Brisbane, Surfers Paradise, Byron Bay, Sydney, and Bondi Beach.Snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef, sky-dived, and also bungy jumped!

Finite Scheduler within the Planning Team based in the Ballina Plant which is the highest capacity plant worldwide. Initially scheduled approx 5,000 bags across 5 handfill work centers running 24 hours a day from Monday to Thursday liaising with operations to ensure PO's were released 24 hours in advance for production. Progressed to scheduling approx 4,500 bags, in addition to scheduling the 5 handfill work centers, for one semi-automated line also running 24 hours a day from Monday to Thursday. Finally moving to scheduling approx 60,000 bags across 4 fully automated lines running 24 hours a day from Monday to Thursday,in addition to scheduling for the semi-automated line, while still providing cover, backup, and training to second Finite Scheduler as needed for the 5 handfill work centers.Worked on inter-departmental & inter-plant projects with an emphasis on continuous improvement & OE.• Create, release, and maintain orders to meet demand driven from Production Plan, Customer order/forecasts and Product Commercialisation to ensure manufacturing requirements are met and the inventory policies are adhered to• Support the MRB process by ensuring inventory levels comply with company policy and that write-offs are minimized through the use of reworks and RTV (Return to Vendor)• Liaise with internal and external customers/suppliers as appropriate.• Monitor the execution of the Production Plan daily and communicate in a timely manner progress of plan, in particular changes which will impact customer orders and the agreed production plan • Schedule detailed daily and weekly production plans in conjunction with Operations Teams using SAP APO/OPENBATCH system• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance to plan by gathering information from plant/SAP and produce Key Performance Indicators• Apply operational excellence tools and techniques to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste• Attend Daily Team Planning Meetings and Daily Operations Meetings
