Invited to become a Partner in January 2007. At this time assumed leadership role on a group of clients and was responsible for all aspects of the relationship. Continued to lead the Interactive, Research, and CRM teams.

Responsibilities included Interactive, the Research team, and CRM functions. Grew the business in website design and building and increased the functionality provided by the sites. The Research team delivered primary research, including focus groups, phone surveys, and individual interviews.

Leadership and management of the CRM function and the Interactive team. Interactive work primarily consisted of building HTML websites in this time before the advent of content management systems.

Joined GodwinGroup, a marketing and communications agency, to primarily manage the direct marketing program of over ten million mailers per year. The mail program featured extensive use of test variables such as different offers paired with different creative looks. The entire effort was driven by a sophisticated database effort using both compiled and specialty list rentals. The goal was to sell one cruise cabin per one thousand mailers and we consistently doubled that metric. The best offer packages were identified and tested with different creative executions to arrive at the most productive combination of variables.

Worked at McRae's Department Stores, which at this time was a division of SAKS Inc.Led teams that delivered:> Print and broadcast production services> CRM strategies and reporting> Print buying> Agency relations and management> Media selection and placement Also participated on SAKS corporate committees developing CRM best practices and streamlining print buying across operating divisions. CRM reporting format developed for McRae's was adopted across SAKS' department store divisions.Participated in seasonal tactical marketing plans and increased use of customer information in the development process.Improved internal production and scheduling functions to accommodate increased marketing volume without increasing head count.Managed and accounted for media and production budgets of over $10,000,000.
