State and local government attorney currently serving in the capacity of Floodplain Administrator and department head of Montgomery County Floodplain Administration. As Floodplain Administrator he implements and enforces on a local level the provisions and regulations associated with the National Flood Insurance Program (“NFIP”) which falls under the oversight and umbrella of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”).John is a former elected official and is well versed in local, county, and state government law and administration.
