Act as external consultant for Verizon construction management teams by providing expert advice in the particular area of closeout-related services. Range of areas of expertise covered also process definition, risk mitigation, technical compliance, and quality assurance for wireless builds in a variety of geographic markets. Help to bridge the gap among EPC companies, general contractors, and client personnel by allowing joint understanding of project requirements, specifications, and customer expectations.

The description of position includes, but not limited to:• Perform electrical and controls design• Estimating potential projects• Coordination with field staff• Startup and Commissioning Support Services• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.•Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements. •Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.•Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.•Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

Primary Focus on building the complex high-speed, voice/data wireless network for AT&T based technologies. Responsible for bid walk-downs with general contractors and bid quote reviews, pricing audit, engineering feasibility, Daily construction interface activities, quality inspections, and construction logistics. Act as line manager for numerous tasks related to site completion. Determine related issues on assigned assets. Conduct engineering review, order and replenish of procurement materials, schedule control, and along with quality training/implementation.Demonstrate functions in support of all project phases from civil build to commissioning/start-up. Diagnose and correct non-conformance reports of general contractors. Work on team that identified Requests for Information and continued with resolution through complex technical review along with variety of troubleshooting options. Assist with turnover of assets to client that totaled 20-25 binders per substation. Perform work planning, manage and report performance, quantity reporting, testing and validation inspections, and recommendations of work execution.
