Engineering Project Manager for PMW 205 responsible for the Naval Enterprise Network (NEN) Traffic Engineering Modernization initiative. Responsibilities include strategic consulting in the implementation of Multiprotocol Labeling Switching and Quality of Service enhancements at 400 Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) boundaries. This three year NEN modernization effort will enable prioritized network traffic management.

Provided program management support for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) contract. Effectively managed the migration of Navy IT legacy environments to the NMCI network improving performance, security and reliability within estimated time frame and budget constraints. Successful delivered solutions included classified and unclassified Wireless LAN, Voice over IP, Network Transport services to mission critical Navy programs.

Responsible for ongoing program support for the secure Air Force Network Operations Center (AFNOSC) and USAF Air Mobility Command (AMC) IDIQ contracts. Successfully led staff in the management and support of the Program Management Office in coordination with contracting officers, program managers to meet performance objectives. Effectively directed IP/ISDN video, voice, audio/visual and data collaborative projects and tasks to successful completion within estimated time frame, budget constraints and task order quality. Proven quality of program management resulted in the addition of two option years on the AMC IDIQ contract and $1.5M of revenue.

Successfully identified, qualified and captured new business opportunities within Federal agencies to include DOJ, EPA, and DHS. Service delivery included hardware integration, software management tools and managed services offerings within voice, video and data collaborative environments. Responsible for the successful development and implementation of a 10 site videoconferencing solution in support of the Anti-Terrorist Task Force to improve rapid communications between federal, state and local agencies under the Department of Homeland Security mission.

Provided leadership and direction to the videoconferencing staff in support of the DoD/TRICARE Military Health Services videoconferencing network. Led engineering staff in the implementation of VoIP solution for the DoD/TMA Network Operations Center and Corporate headquarters. Led winning proposal and successfully implementation of a secure videoconferencing solution for the Chief of Naval Operations N6 staff. Project included installation, configuration and training support for both classified and unclassified videoconferencing, automatic switching between secure and unsecured conference environments.

Successfully supported the Federal sales team in exceeding team revenue goals through the delivery of videoconferencing products, services and custom solutions. Utilized Certified Video Engineering skills including requirements analysis, conceptual design, implementation and service delivery of standards-based videoconferencing solutions.

Provided strategic IT management support for Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs (OASD/HA) contract. Utilized system development life-cycle processes resulting in the implementation of standards-based videoconferencing solutions and services to enhance customer’s business environment. EDS Military Health Care revenues topped $3 million becoming a leading videoconferencing solutions provider in the Military Health Care arena. Successfully developed and implemented HP OpenView, Simple Network Management Protocol platform in support of the (OASD/HA) 500 node TCP/IP network greatly improving the operations and maintenance of the OASD/HA network operations center.
