He is an international speaker and has authored three books on dental practice productivity and team development. He is widely known as an expert in practice planning and driving excellence in execution. He is a founder of Scaling Up, a group to help dental service organizations and group practices be more successful. He was the host of the Scaling Up podcast the #1 podcast on group dental practice. He is also a co-founder of The Team Training Institute which teaches practices how improve their patient experiences and service. Dr. Meis did his graduate and undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa. He continued his clinical education at: The Dawson Academy, Spear Education, The Misch Implant Institute, the Ross Nash Esthetic continuum, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and Misch Implant Institute and a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
