El Camino Real is an authentic and locally owned mexican restaurant in Fishers Indiana. A small business, it has become a busy and universally loved part of the community in its 18 years of business. Work here consisted mostly of cleaning the restaurant, bussing and setting tables, running chips, however a large part of it was talking to customers and making sure their experience was nothing short of excellent.• Learned and experienced Mexican culture through relationships with coworkers.• Became more understanding and conversational in Spanish.• Gained costumer relationship/communication skills.
