Supporting and challenging County Sport Partnerships to achieve their local targets working towards retaining 300,000 young people and young adults in Sportivate coaching sessions.

Project Manager and Lead Consultant on the Cycling England Grant Programme on behalf of Cycling England and the Department for Transport. Specific responsibilities of the project included financial management of cycling bursary and grant schemes, organising and overseeing the application and monitoring process on these different grant strands. Project Manager and Senior Lead Consultant on the School Sport Partnership Programme, on behalf of DCSF and DCMS providing helpline, financial and administrative support to the Government Departments working closely with the Youth Sport Trust, Sport England, Big Lottery Fund and the 450 Partnerships involved in the project. As a Regional Coordinator for the Researchers in Residence (RinR) Scheme, covered the South East, Eastern and London regions. In this role worked very closely with universities and schools in these areas organising placements between early-stage researchers and secondary schools.As a lead consultant of the Envirowise Food and Drink and Retail teams managed specific projects and campaigns dedicated to putting the sustainable use of resources at the heart of UK business practice.

Project Manager on the School Sport Partnership Programme, creating a support team to support the government customers and all it's stakeholders. Developing the design build and operation of a Partnership web site and manning and maintenance of a Partnership help line. The financial management of the programme also involved financial visits to partnerships speaking to Headteachers, Partnership Development Managers, Coordinators and the pupils themselves. With other stakeholders we developed and lead training workshops to support the Partnership Managers and their teams. Developing working relationships with organisations to encourage them to adopt the principles, and be involved with, Know Before You Go Foreign and Commonwealth Office Campaign.Developing promotional strategys and budget plans in partnerships and flexibility in training and development for Department for Transport.
