Worked as a Business Analyst in the Finance stream in the Evolving Transport Program. A short time after starting, my role was split between the Finance/Data Team and the Access & Identity teams. This allowed me to be the go between the teams and gain an understanding of the Access and Identity space, an area that I had never previously worked in. Completed some 40 application review and work on the resulting data integration for any apps requiring remediation. Was responsible for the consolidation and updating of TfNSW KBA's across the cluster. Project managed the Remedy to Service Now provisioning alignment and integration. Oversaw the SSRS consolidation and streamlining of access via AD groups.

Worked on CBA’s Project Infinity to demerge their Comminsure business. My main focus has been to ensure the successful setting up of the day one solution for financial reporting and in particular, the reconciliation of the historical data and balance sheet totals, end of month data catch up and setting up of new processes and practices within the financial reporting space. Along with the separation of share drive files and folders between the old and new entity’s for the Actuarial and Finance teams.

Working for the Finance Transformation team my main focus was on the optimisation of the treasury and financial reporting, managing their Securitisation and Cashflow reporting projects, as well as their Intercompany Direct and End of Month reporting projects. I also worked with the Accounts Payable team to realise the benefits from the newly implemented Acumen invoice scanning solution, writing a number of algorithms to automate and categorise the forwarding of emails from the AP inbox box to the Acumen data capture team.

Worked on the integration and benefit realisation for Merivale’s Ungerboeck Events Management software implementation. This involved carrying out a post implementation review, focusing on the need to improve the user experience and processes and practices of the Events Team. Plus a full review of the data migration to resolve all errors and ongoing issues, which involved setting up a robust reconciliation process to make sure the Sun and Ungerboeck Financials aligned.

Worked on the integration of Travelex’s’ legacy Dream General Ledger into the target SAP General Ledger. This involved the updating of data interfaces, which were written to work with Dream, documenting business processes and reworking of various legacy systems and redesign of Excel Models to seamlessly integrate with SAP.

North Strathfield

Worked on their ‘Single View of the Customer’ project and assisting in the setup of the Data Stewardship program. This will provide greater consistency of data within the various NRMA businesses and a simplified view of what each member purchases’ within the group, allowing better targeted rewards, promotions and marketing campaigns. This involves data cleansing NRMA’s Complementary Businesses and setting up processes and procedures to ensure that all data captured is validated and then matched back to the membership database, with any differences highlighted and resolved on an ongoing basis.

Was responsible for overseeing the transition of the Integro Shared services hosted by Goodman Fielder into the existing GrainCorp Shared Services. This included the completion of all manual migration issues, setting up of manual workarounds to assist the business, until all the new systems came online and general problem solving and stakeholder management.

I was responsible for the extraction and cleanse of data from the legacy systems, transformation and reconciliation of the cleansed data, the uploading and testing of the transformed data and ultimately the loading of that data into Veolia’s new Greenfield SAP Waste Front Office solution.
