Throughout my long career, my guiding principles have been honesty, hard work, and demanding the most of myself. I started off as an accountant at PriceWaterhouse where I worked for 7 years, leaving as an Audit Manager to become an owner of an office furniture business, always ambitious and driven to succeed. At various positions along the way I managed designers, sales people, built teams and helped them achieve their goals.During my time as a senior executive, I was a member of a Vistage group. For 10 years, I participated in this exclusive executive coaching organization made up of business owners, CEOs, and executives who supported each other as we grew in our professions and in our personal lives.It was a natural progression for me to chair my own Vistage group. I have extensive business experience and get great joy and satisfaction from helping people accelerate their development as leaders. I am good at asking questions and interrupting thinking patterns that are not positive or productive. I’m looking for new members in my group which is located in the Rochester area.
